RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF LAW NO. 6698

You can submit your applications and requests regarding your personal data through the Data Subject Application Form by:

  • Sending it with a wet signature and a photocopy of your ID to Aeropark Yenişehir Mah. Osmanlı Bulvarı No: 11/B 34912 - Kurtköy - Pendik/İstanbul,

  • Applying in person with a valid ID to Kiğılı Giyim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi at Aeropark Yenişehir Mah. Osmanlı Bulvarı No: 11/B 34912 - Kurtköy - Pendik/İstanbul,

  • Signing with a mobile signature or secure electronic signature and sending an e-mail to kvkk@kigili.com.tr,

  • Sending it to the registered electronic mail (KEP) address 0562003566100015@hs02.kep.tr using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, or mobile signature,

  • Sending an e-mail to kvkk@kigili.com.tr via your e-mail address registered in the Kiğılı Giyim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi system,

You can submit your application to Kiğılı Giyim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.

Pursuant to the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the Data Subject's application must contain the name, surname, signature if the application is written, Turkish ID number (passport number if the applicant is a foreigner), residential address or business address for notification, if any, electronic mail address, telephone number and fax number for notification, and information regarding the subject of the request.

The Data Subject must clearly and understandably state the requested matter in the application for exercising the rights mentioned above and the explanations regarding the right they wish to use. Information and documents related to the application must be attached to the application.

While the subject of the request must be related to the applicant's person, if acting on behalf of someone else, the applicant must be specially authorized for this and this authorization must be documented (power of attorney). Additionally, the application must include identity and address information and identity-verifying documents must be attached to the application.

Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of another will not be evaluated.

Your claims regarding your personal data will be evaluated and answered within a maximum of 30 days from the date they reach us. If your application is evaluated negatively, the justified reasons for rejection will be communicated to you by electronic mail or post to the address you specified in the application, or if possible, through the method by which the request was made.
