Easy Return Information

How can I initiate an easy return?


1. Go to the "My Orders" page from the "My Account" section on abdullahkigili.com.

2. Click the "View Order Details" button to view your order details. For you to receive a return shipping code, your order must be in "Delivered" status.

3. Click the "Easy Return" button next to the product you wish to return.

4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return. If your order has more than one product to be returned, you must select the product and the reason for return for each product. Proceed by clicking the "Select Product and Continue" button on the relevant screen.

5. On the confirmation screen, click the "Create return request" button to give your approval to generate the return code.

6. You can access your return shipping code from the "My Orders" page and from the SMS sent to the registered phone number provided for the delivery address.

7. Place your invoice along with the product(s) to be returned in a single package. If you do not have your invoice, you must write your contact information and order number on a piece of paper.

8. Deliver the package to the cargo company within 5 business days with the return shipping code. Providing the code is sufficient; you do not need to specify a return address separately.

The return period for purchased products is 30 days from the invoice date.
