By accepting this Authorized User Database Registration and Electronic Commercial Communication Consent/Explicit Consent Text, you hereby consent to the sending of electronic commercial communications containing data, voice, and image content, for purposes such as the use of marketing tools or providing information, to your email address, phone number, and other electronic applications shared with Kiğılı Giyim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, located at Aeropark Yenişehir Mah. Osmanlı Bulvarı No:11/B 34912 - Kurtköy - Pendik/İstanbul, and to the use, storage, and sharing of your shared information for this purpose, without prejudice to your rights arising from the relevant legislation.

Based on your explicit consent, the data you have shared with our Company will be used within the scope committed in this consent text, as detailed in Kiğılı Giyim Ticaret Anonim Şirketi's Personal Data Protection Policy and Clarification Text.

You can withdraw this consent/explicit consent and opt out of receiving messages sent to you for marketing tools or informational purposes by performing the unsubscribe process in the messages sent to you. Your exit from the authorized database will not terminate the contracts you have signed with our Company. Even if you do not give consent and opt out, it is possible to receive service from our Company.
