Return Information:

How can I return or exchange the products I purchased?

For the product you have purchased, you can request a return within 12 months and an exchange within 30 days, within the framework of the return and exchange conditions. You can only process your returns through the abdullahkigili.com website, and your exchanges only through Abdullah Kiğılı stores. Exchanges cannot be made through the abdullahkigili.com website.

You can cancel your order without stating any reason, both in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection and related legislation, and Kiğılı Giyim Tic. AŞ: Customer Satisfaction System.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, you can return or exchange products you have purchased unconditionally within 14 days by exercising your right of withdrawal. The shipping fee you paid when creating your order will be refunded to you as part of the right of withdrawal.

If there is no information about your request in the package you sent us for your return, the relevant order will be subject to a return process.

For product returns, you can send your products;

Shipping fees for shipments made with other cargo companies must be paid by the customer.

Only exchanges of products purchased from our website can be made in our stores. Return transactions can only be made by cargo as specified above. For return transactions, the gift voucher amount is deducted, and the remaining amount is refunded.

Returns and exchanges are not possible for international orders.

Due to hygiene, returns and exchanges are not possible for underwear products.

Return Conditions:

Even if the product packaging has been opened (except for Perfume, Beauty, and Cosmetics products), all accessories that came out of the packaging (bag, pin, information card, label and accessories, etc.) must be returned to us completely and undamaged.

The product must be returned to us without any alterations or deformations.

The product must not have been used, and must not have stains, tears, breakages, etc. damage.

For Perfume, Beauty, and Cosmetic products, product packaging and labels must not be damaged, and the product must not be opened.

Please Note...

If you wish to return a product you purchased from Abdullah Kiğılı in accordance with the above conditions, you must send the product along with its invoice to our address above. Return transactions are not processed in our stores.

Products Not Accepted for Exchange and Return:

Products that do not meet the conditions defined for the above products cannot be exchanged or returned.

In the event that the customer returns the product or cancels their purchase, the product's price will be refunded to the customer as soon as the returned product reaches Kiğılı Giyim Tic. A.Ş. Wire transfer refund requests are reported to the bank by our system and transferred to your account by the bank within a maximum of 10 business days.

If you make your return requests completely and accurately for products paid with a credit card, the relevant information is transferred to your bank, and payment is made by the bank within a maximum of 10 business days. The relevant Bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. (Kiğılı Giyim Tic. A.Ş. has no influence on this process.)

If your refund amount has exceeded 10 business days by the relevant bank and has not yet been deposited into your account, we kindly ask you to inform us by sending an e-mail to onlinedestek@kigili.com.tr. In such cases, you may need to contact your Bank's credit card service. For installment sales made with a credit card, refunds will be reflected to your account as a positive balance each month for the number of installments made to the credit card by the bank.
