Delivery

• Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns

• You can return your order within 30 days using the Easy Return option from the “My Account > My Orders” section.
• Returns are only made through abdullahkigili.com.
• The product must meet the return conditions (unworn, unused, unaltered).
• Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for underwear products.

Exchanges

• Exchanges can be made within 30 days, only at Abdullah Kiğılı stores.
• An invoice or exchange card must be presented for exchanges.
• The product must meet the exchange conditions (unworn, unused, unaltered).
